Amatex S. A., in compliance with current legislation pertaining to the protection of data of a personal nature, herewith confirms its commitment to respect user privacy.  All data of a personal nature will be compiled within a folder, for which Amatex S. A. is responsible.

The data required from the User will be that which is necessary for the functions required by the Amatex S. A. website, and will not be placed at the disposal of any third party unannounced on the website, without the express authorisation of the User.

The User grants express consent, free and unequivocally, to the gathering and handling of his/her details by Amatex S. A., as well as express consent, free and unequivocal, to the Cession of this data to all the companies in the Group, including but not limited to subsidiaries, branches and other establishments, being prohibited at all times from selling said data to third parties outside the Amatex S. A. organisation.  The use made of the data by the afore-mentioned will be of an advertising, statistical and sales nature, as well as for all other existing marketing tools.

At any time the User may request the access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to their personal data by means of an electronic mail addressed to amatex@amatex.es indicating his/her name, ID/Passport number and a clear expression of their wish to cease receiving sales communications.

Amatex S. A. will use the personal data for the purposes of its company and its product range.  The Website at all times grants the User rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition for any modification (in relation to his/her own data in accordance with Organic Law 15/99 regarding the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature of 13th of December and the Security Regulations) for which the user must complete one of the following document models and send it together with a copy of their ID/Passport to the address amatex@amatex.es

The collection of data of a personal nature is undertaken for the purposes of providing an information service as well as improving the service, sending out newsletters, advertising for products and services, notices, special offers and, in general, information of a sales nature in relation to the goods and services offered through the Website.
